Thanks so much for your interest in our shared student shuttles for holiday breaks! At Tiger Town Transport, we take pride in providing safe, reliable transportation and taking excellent care of your Tiger student.
Unfortunately, we receive calls from parents who have booked Uber or Lyft rides for their students only to have those rides canceled at the last minute. There is no worse feeling than being hundreds of miles away and not knowing how your student will get to the airport — or worrying that they may miss their flight.
Our shared student shuttles are designed specifically to provide dependable transportation for Clemson students traveling during holiday breaks.

Send us your student’s information, flight details, and preferred pickup or drop-off times.
Step Two
We Group the Riders
We group students together based on their flight schedules and requested times. We do not run a fixed schedule — demand determines our shuttle times, so rides are coordinated around students’ travel needs.
Step Three
Ride With Confidence
We text your student the day before to confirm all details and pickup instructions, then get them to the airport safely and on time.
OUR SHUTTLE ROUTES
We typically serve multiple airports, but during holiday breaks our primary airports are GSP — Greenville–Spartanburg International and CLT — Charlotte Douglas International.
GSP is approximately halfway between Clemson and Charlotte. If you book a CLT shuttle, we may make a quick stop at GSP before continuing to Charlotte. This typically adds only 8–10 minutes, since GSP has its own convenient Interstate 85 exit with easy in-and-out access.
Campus pickup and drop-off locations:
- Shoebox area / Raising Cane’s
- Bryan Mall area
- Douthit Hills
If your student lives off campus, don’t worry — we can still work them into the shuttle when possible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What happens if my student’s arrival flight is delayed?
Delays happen, and unfortunately there are some things we cannot control. If your student’s flight is delayed, we’ll work to get them on the next available shuttle, as we typically run multiple shuttles throughout the day.
When will I hear from my driver?
We send the student a text message the day before the scheduled ride to confirm all details and provide pickup instructions.
How long does it take to get to GSP or CLT from Clemson?
Travel times vary, especially during busy holiday periods. As a general guideline:
- Clemson to GSP: approximately 1–1.5 hours
- Clemson to CLT: approximately 2.5–3 hours
Travel times can be longer near morning or afternoon rush hour, so we recommend allowing plenty of extra time when planning your student’s airport arrival.
Is there a set shuttle schedule?
No. We do not operate on a fixed shuttle schedule. Demand determines our shuttle times, which allows us to coordinate rides around students’ actual travel needs.
What if my student lives off campus?
No problem. We offer pickup and drop-off at the Shoebox area / Raising Cane’s, Bryan Mall and Douthit Hills, and we can still work off-campus students into the shuttle when possible.
